Due to the simple mechanics of driving in Minecraft BE, you won't know what it's like to drive a Bugatti, for example, unless you've done it in real life. However, each car looks mega cool without anything extra.
There are no recipes, so to get the cars you need to open creative inventory and take them from there. Then just jump behind the wheel and race wherever you want.
