1.20 offers only one type of warden at the moment and it is unlikely that more variations will be added to Minecraft in the future. If that doesn't sit well with you and you sure want to see more danger underground, then here's the Warden Plus Addon. It is made in the form of 60+ new wardens with characteristics comparable to bosses. It only means that being in caves is no longer something easy and safe.

Inheriting the features of the default warden, the new ones have increased health. Get ready for a long fight and preferably you have a lot of healing. At the same time, some of them are enlarged, do huge damage with one blow and still use ultrasonic attacks.
The spawn area is not limited to caves and dungeons. Move around the world to meet one but keep in mind that every warden is against the players. A chance meeting with Sorden in 99% of cases means your end.
