In survival, in order to have your own helicopter, you must first build it. Below are the components that together give one single-seat helicopter. It consumes no fuel at all, so your flight can continue for as long as you like.
Once you have assembled the helicopter, get inside and fly looking up or down to take off and land. The helicopter does not require a heliport at all, you can build it at your own will. Plus they are compatible with multiplayer.
1. Open the file (.mcpack) using Minecraft PE.
2. Activate the addon (world or game settings).
