Without needing a full debug screen or a mini version of it (Mini Debug Screen for Bedrock Edition 1.18), check out the Day Counter Addon. It shows you how many days you have already lived in your world and this is its main function. The second one is the entity counter telling you how many mobs are around you. Info located in the left corner of the screen without blocking the interface and the main screen, which will not interfere with you while playing.

The counter is enabled by default after the addon is activated in the world settings. By clicking on the gear, you can choose between two counters for the number of days lived and mobs, or select the days counter only.
The second mini addon that simplifies your survival and navigation in the world is Coordinates+, which places your coordinates above the hotbar. It is very convenient and does not distract from playing all the more. Be sure to toggle all options in the world settings for the counters to work correctly.
1. Download the pack and run it using Minecraft PE.
