1. Find a flying broom. It can be obtained by you after defeating the witch on a broomstick.
2. Craft the Curse of Obedience and Levitation Enchantment, recipes below.
3. Enchant the flying broom with these books and ride to fly.
All new spells have similarities with vanilla enchantments, but this is just a general idea of. In the Wizardry Addon, the spells work within a certain radius, but not targeted to the entity. For example, use the Frost Boom Spell to summon blocks of ice that damage everyone nearby.
