Vertical Slabs are something that should definitely be added to Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.16. Using all the new features of version 1.16.200.53, the addon introduces true vertical slabs that do not work as entities or something like that. These are solid blocks that can be placed just like other vanilla blocks in MCPE. This means matching the behavior of the slabs and rotating them in four directions.

There are several ways to get the new slabs available only in MCPE 1.16.200.52 and newer versions. These are either simple recipes (see example below), or a stonecutter that also turns blocks into slabs.
1. Open the file (.mcpack) using Minecraft PE.
2. Activate the addon (world or game settings).
