Do not be afraid of their size, because some of them are passive if you move away. Plus to the behavior, the weakest do only small damage during the attack, which cannot be said about Ghidorah. This is such a strong opponent that you will need buddies, the help of other monsters and very good pre-training before attacking.
Being below on the earth you need to spawn several opposing entities and run away as far as possible. They are not just big, they are huge ten times more than the player.
