It’s too early to talk about Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.15 whose content is already planned out and ready for implementation. But anyway, Mojang revealed some details about this update called Nether Update. After bees and honey in MCPE 1.14, updating the Nether should be something completely new, affecting other dimensions.

Essentially, Minecraft PE 1.15 will lose the semi empty hell dimension and get a full new world with biomes, plants and creatures. More precisely, there are no plants, but instead of them we will see stalactites, rocks and fossils.
The planned update should be a new step towards the implementation of large and varied dimensions where the player can spend a lot of playing time and not rush back.
Currently, this concept contains the following changes regarding the Nether. All of them were created in the addon format and carry only a decorative component. This means missing functionality and some other simplifications. In any case, the addon will show you what the Soulsand Valley looks like.
While we do not know exactly how and where they will appear, probably anywhere in the biome. Perhaps the fossils will receive new blocks used in crafting.
This biome is distinguished by a certain color of fire which is now turquoise. We can say that it serves as a hallmark and you can immediately understand what kind of biome you are in.
At Minecon, a new fog was demonstrated inherent only to the Nether. Looking closer into the distance you will see its bluish tones. More likely, Minecraft PE 1.15 will receive a large graphical update along with this.
Among the significant features are new mobs. Nether will be populated by new locals: piglins and piglin beasts. Say goodbye to zombie pigmen and meet new mobs whom you will meet when visiting the Nether. They are both hostile, but there are tricks that make them friendly to you.
Of course, this is not all that Minecraft PE 1.15 will receive in 2020.
