I think everyone knows a mod called Dynamic Lights for Minecraft Java. It adds dynamic lighting to the game, that is, objects that essentially emit light, with the mod will illuminate the terrain when you hold them in your hand. This addon is similar to the Java mod but for Minecraft Bedrock.

Here are some items in your hand that will illuminate your path in the dark.
Lighting can flicker strongly, or else it doesn’t work on low end devices at all. I have built in the set of parameters for the lighting setting. The default is High (high settings). If you do not like flickering or they are too frequent, you can try to reduce the settings, but as far as I know, this does not help much.
1. Open the file (.mcpack) using Minecraft PE.
2. Activate the addon (world or game settings).
3. Experimental gameplay must be enabled.
