The PokeAddon adds a lot of different pokemons which can be used in battles. 15 creatures available to you, some of them you will be able to catch and use it.
For example, you can easily catch a Charmander, and after that he will follow you and protect. If you kill any pokemon, bone or pokeball may drop to the ground. Quickly pick up the ball and start catching. Catching happening in the same way as the taming. It's pretty simple and takes little time. If you successfully catch the liked Pokémon, it would be faithful to you until death.
The creator has replaced almost all of the usual mobs so you will find many familiar creatures in the game after installing the PokeAddon for MCPE 0.16.
