Recently one of the Minecraft developers said that polar bears will be added in Minecraft 1.10 (its the future PC version). Most likely, the polar bears will not be added to Minecraft PE 0.15.0, but maybe it will be realized in the future!
We suggest you to install Polar Bears PE mod and enjoy with polar bears in Minecraft Pocket Edition. The mod adds big bears and cubs. Bears are most similar in characteristics of texture to the bears by Mojang developer.
How to tame polar bear
Usually, you can find the polar bears in the winter biomes. In our case, we can find a polar bear near the ice spikes or in plains of winter biomes. You can tame only small cubs (big bear cubs), which you can tame using bones.
