Minecraft PE 0.6.1 (Legacy/ARM64)

Here's the famous version 0.6.1, which came out back in the days of tiny worlds, a basic set of blocks, and the Nether Reactor instead of a full-fledged Nether. The problem was that the original installation file was built for 32-bit systems, which causes the game to crash on modern smartphones, but here's a modified APK that lets you try Minecraft PE 0.6.1 right now (this is a clone and can run alongside your Bedrock version).

Why was a recompilation necessary?

Modern cpu no longer offer backward compatibility with 32-bit systems. If a processor only supports 64-bit software, older software simply won't run on it. But thanks to the open-source code, we were able to recompile the client for 64-bit architecture without changing the game mechanics or adding any extra mods.

Compatibility and package contents:

• 64-bit for current devices
• 32-bit for retro gadgets with older cpu.
• Porting to x86 and x64 has been postponed for now, although it is technically feasible.

Testing:

The build was tested on a Poco X6 Pro with a Dimensity 8300-Ultra and Android 14. This processor doesn't natively support 32-bit, but the recompiled version ran smoothly without any glitches, frame drops, or crashes.
