Visit a real provincial town in Russia called Oktyabrsk. With a population of just a few tens of thousands, this small town is recreated in Minecraft with everything its real-world prototype has - small Soviet style apartment buildings, shops and cafes, tidy streets and sidewalks, and fully furnished interiors, so you can easily settle into any of the houses.

This map has deep roots going back to Minecraft 1.13, and since then it has been periodically updated. The current version 7.0 supports Minecraft Bedrock 1.20 and newer (including 1.21.110, of course).
Like many other MCBE cities, City of Oktyabrsk has authentic russian architecture and elements, including churches and cyrillic signs. There's plenty of space for expanding the city, and if you'd like to continue its development, you're free to do so.
The town already includes construction areas that are likely to turn into new houses in the upcoming updates.
