This map is big enough where anyone can start a new game. This is a fundamentally new nature and terrain with the corresponding plants. Although Mojang is working on improving biomes in Minecraft Bedrock 1.14, they are unlikely to be able to achieve anything similar in the near future.
And if you think that you will find something similar with standard generation or using seed, then this is not so. Creating such maps requires special attention to detail.
