The opening of doors requires the solution of a specific task, you will see it above the hotbar. Consistently solving such mini quests you will open doors and explore new locations. Do not go near the ghost, it will be your last meeting anyway.
This is by no means the first horror map for Minecraft PE, but this one offers a slightly different concept where the player is in an unknown place from the very beginning. The thematic resource pack is built into the map and installed with it.
