Some might think that these are shaders or something like that, but in reality the Animated Textures carry only textural changes. In this version, more than 40 blocks and objects are animated and this is done so that the animations aesthetically complement the objects but do not make them fancy or super complex.
It’s hard to explain how this texture pack works, so just check out the video below where the initial blocks are shown.
