Recently Vladu11 has created the most realistic clouds for Minecraft PE, which can be downloaded here - Cloudy Skybox. But if for some reason you could not install them or they do not work correctly, then try Beautiful Cubemaps from IIdenDark. This is a collection of real cloud textures drawn based on photo.

Android or iOS owners can safely install it and immediately look at the updated sky. Cubic clouds can not compare with realistic ones, even if they have a drawback - clouds are not animated.
Download the file and open it using the game.
