Not exactly, LBT Shader is not in the category of super realistic for MCPE, it belongs to a different type. Choose it if you want to have a vanilla Minecraft with nicer graphics, while getting light tweaks to the lighting. It certainly has some other features such as shadows, but it doesn't really stand out that much.
