It works fine on Minecraft PE 1.17.10 without causing glitches or errors. Moreover, there are no flares and reconfigured colors.
Even devices with less than 2GB of RAM, Vanilla Plus Shader does a good job of showing everything it can do. You are unlikely to get FPS drops if you use this shader in combination with 16x textures on a low-end device.
