Check out the new version of the reissued Cilo Shader Remake for Minecraft PE from 1.13 to 1.14.30.1 at the time of publication. This is a massive shader pack with built-in configs that determine how much this or that parameter works.
For comparison, you can recall any realistic shader created in the last six months. After the remake, Cilo received several brand new systems including the movement of sunlight and reflection of shadows. If you dive into the source code, you will find rewritten weather effects, as well as tuned winds, which often work not so well in other Bedrock shaders.
