Like many other seeds for Minecraft PE, this one is an exception to the rule. A sophisticated structure generation system decided to place a portal directly in the village without asking permission from the villagers. So if you've always dreamed of having your own giant portal, then the seed will give you that.
The portal is part of this seed that gives general meaning, but there are other interesting places to explore as well. With the seed selected as your base for survival, you can travel to a nearby desert biome to find another village without portals.
