This ravine has a portal prefix for a reason, as there is a destroyed portal inside it. This structure is one of the nether features of Minecraft PE 1.16 so you need that update to use this seed.
The age of the portal structure is more than several centuries or even thousands of years, and during this time it has aged and collapsed. In addition, it is located in a ravine, which caused its incorrect generation.
And in order to still find yourself in the Nether dimension, go to the coordinates presented below where there is another, but only unbroken nether portal.
