The Debug Stick from this addon is somewhat analogous to what is in Minecraft PC. Although it has a smaller range of features on Bedrock Edition, you can perform basic tasks using it. In particular, there is the Debug Screen Addon, which also originated from Java. Both addons are compatible with current 1.17 versions and require some options to be enabled in the experimental settings.
