Two main items that we need.
Wireless connector (ID 511) - 7 Stones + Glass + 1 Redstone
Wireless interactor (ID 198) - 8 Redstone blocks + Chest
And so, to use the wireless block you need to put on the ground and in the window that appears write the name of the object, or list the chat:
Now select the connector and hit them on the ground and in the interface simply click on the name that was given just that.
If you want to leave the window - list the command / wi leave, or simply select this option in the interface menu.
