Visually, it looks like this: when fired, a massive pillar of energy descends from the sky and literally vaporizes the landscape. In version v3, a lot of work has been done to make sure the sound doesnt disappear if you decide to run away from the explosion site, so that the roar can be heard, as it should be.

Features:

• A special GUI menu for selecting the type of damage and enabling special effects.
• The ability to manually set the radius of the strike with a warning about the load on the system.
• The explosion sound is tied to the coordinates and doesnt disappear when the player moves.

Fine-tuning destruction:

An interesting part of the add-on is in the control interface. When you open the railgun configuration menu you can choose how much you want to "break" the world around you.

1. The default setting is a standard surface impact, but it can be customized for specifc tasks.
2. Resonant shock waves add visual power and additional destruction, but they put a decent load on the video card
3. In the menu, you can activate a gravitational singularity or a chronal distortion field.
4. The slider allows you to set the scale of the disaster.

In the v3 update, the authors shifted there focus to optimization. They fixed the aiming delay; and now the cannon responds to your movements instantly.
