There are no sticks or diagonal area selection, the Land Locker Plugin is built through commands. Claim an area using the /claim command with the radius you want to make safe.
So the claimed land starts from where you entered the command. It is very simple and does not require anything other than typing commands. Below is a list of commands for both players and admins.
