Unlike morphing addons for Bedrock Edition, the Venom Addon requires a host, a carrier of genes. Mobs that can live in symbiosis are neutral: animals such as cows, horses or even bees and others; creepers and villagers.
Entering into symbiosis occurs through a new craftable item. Go to the mob and enter into symbiosis with it to inherit its abilities. So, being a creeper, you will be able to arrange explosions and destroy enemies standing nearby.
As soon as you get tired of this symbiosis, leave the mob - it will remain alive in the meantime, and you will be able to find a new victim for your experiments.
