Without a separate button to switch the camera in Minecraft PE, just use the F5 Addon, which is released for all versions from the 1.21 series. With it, you will forget about going to the menu and then to the settings and only then choosing the camera you want. F5, by its name, imitates its main function as in Minecraft Java, but as much as possible in the mobile edition.

The concept of the add-on is based on an item selected as a stick. Craft a stick and select it to display a new button on the screen next to the controls. Tap it to open the camera menu from where you can choose a first-person or third-person view.
