Without a separate button to switch the camera in Minecraft PE, just use the F5 Addon, which is released for all versions from the 1.21 series. The concept of the add-on is based on an item selected as a stick. Craft a stick and select it to display a new button on the screen next to the controls. Tap it to open the camera menu from where you can choose a first-person or third-person view.
