Capybaras live in jungles and swamps, so when you enter the world, go there right away (there are ready-made seeds for Minecraft Bedrock, look for the link). When you find one, feed it a piece of watermelon or another edible plant other than berries so that the capybara becomes friends with you.
Capybaras are generally peaceful creatures and will follow you around once tamed. Use a saddle to turn your capybara into a mount and craft a set of clothes to dress your capybara in one of the outfits.
