It all starts with the fact that you have only one heart at your disposal. What does this mean for you and your friends if you are playing multiplayer? This radically changes the way you play - death surrounds you from all sides wherever you look.
Monsters are less of a threat, however. Falls, lack of oxygen, hunger, lava, and thorny plants are more dangerous than anything else. You should definitely consider every step you take if you want to live as long as possible.
If you have few difficulties and one heart is not something serious for you, then pay attention to the apocalypse that came in Zombie Apocalypse Addon. It adds different types of zombies and weapons, making life outside several times more difficult.
