Cave Expansion is a small addition to Minecraft Bedrock Edition that expands the capabilities of the caves and adds some other features. You get new ores, crystals, recipes and items used in everyday survival. This does not affect the balance of the game in any way, but only adds variety if you have long wanted to see something new.

Many new blocks are generated underground mainly in new caves. They have a slightly different shape and serve as a place to generate new ores and stones. In addition, each of the blocks is used in recipes, as fuel or as a decorative element.
Speaking of the second part, the Cave Expansion Addon introduces new amulets giving you endless effects. In a way, they are like potions but with a longer lasting effect. Hold the amulet in your hand to gain influence.
