By infecting more and more goals, you will reach the next level revealing a specific feature. So, for example, the second level will give you an infectious feature transmitted between mobs. That is, having infected one, it can infect another simply by touching it.
At the initial stage, many mobs are immune and will not die. The distribution of Covid depends on your level and frequency of infections. If you infect everyone, then ultimately everyone who is near you will receive the first symptoms.
