Yes, it supports any device including PCs on Win10. You can arrange private flights to anywhere in the world overflying entire islands. Nothing can stop you during the flight except aggressive flying monsters maybe. The jet is presented in one white color and can accommodate up to 7 people at a time.
First spawn it and then take the pilot's seat. Flying the plane is very simple and will not make you nervous - look up to take off and look down to land. No fuel and maintenance, and in fact you don’t even need a runway since the plane can take off vertically (game features).
If you are not surprised by a plane and you need a helicopter, then take this one - Helicopter Addon for MCBE. Its difference from the jet is speed and only one place for the pilot, but the helicopter is more compact and can fit on any helipad.
