This is the first worker to do one difficult job. A lumberjack having an ax and a chosen target will begin to chop trees one by one in a designated radius. He will finish when there are no trees around him. Meanwhile, there is another Minecraft Bedrock addon that allows you to cut trees by breaking only one bottom block (TreeCapitator for MCBE).
To get the lumberjack to work, give him any of the axes. He should be next to the trees as his working radius is limitd. Like tamed mobs, you can give him a name or leash, feed him to replenish his health. A stick is a stop item that switches a lumberjack to search for sticks.
At that moment when there are no trees left nearby, the lumberjack can turn into a planter if you give him roots. At the end of the work or at the beginning, give the lumberjack one diamond to open access to his inventory. After that, check his pockets to get trees blocks.
Re-qualify the lumberjack as a guard by giving him an iron sword or an archer by giving a bow. Each guard has his own level going up when receiving diamonds. Wear armor on them to make the guards stronger.
