First of all, this is the new MSM addon for current versions of Bedrock Edition and it has nothing to do with all the previous ones. Behaviorally, mobs can fight each other, unite and often attack players.
In the addon there are a lot of new blocks. They can be used to create levels, bases or houses. Functionality is absent therefore it is only decorative.
