There is a similar mod published a couple of years ago for Minecraft PE 0.17.0 where mobs grow in size and become gigantic. Unfortunately, the mod is outdated and this wonderful addon came to replace it. It does this by increasing certain mobs. Being close to the updated mob, you can feel like a dwarf as now even the chicken is comparable to you and is approximately equal.

Even TNT does more damage with an increased blast radius. So what's the point of this addon? Mega Mobs is a great way to complicate your life by bringing a lot of new and very difficult to survive. Even playing with a friend or companion as a bot you will experience difficulties everywhere.

2. Activate the addon (world or game settings).
3. Experimental gameplay must be enabled.
