Very often, players start their journey with Minecraft and then discover Terraria or vice versa. If this is your case or you just want some unusual new mob then download the Eye of Cthulhu. This addon adds a boss from Terraria who comes first among the other bosses and for the non-equipped player becomes the last being seen.

It is a simplified version of the Eye of Cthulhu in the original game. It does not know how to break up into several small copies or open its mouth. In addition, it is not even the boss, but simply a new mob on properties similar to phantoms. It can chase you at night and day and attack very quickly from the sky.
This is not a very noticeable mob and playing outside your home you will always be in danger as the Eye of Cthulhu sees very well.
