1. Strangely enough, but you need to get this car. You can do this either by using witch spawn eggs or by finding a witch in your world. Crafting is impossible.
2. The ignition key is an item without which the car can not turn. Take it with you and sit in the driver's seat before the trip.
3. Start the movement, you are free to go where you want, nothing restricts you.
