Minecraft Bedrock 26.4: Sulfur & Sulfur Biome

So, in Minecraft Bedrock 26.4 or 26.5, parties will be introduced - groups of friends will be able to quickly switch between worlds and play thru maps together. This will make the Bedrock ecosystem much more flexible and interesting then Java in terms of team modes. Next are the features that are expected to be introduced in 26.4 very soon (all of this is taken from Minecraft Live 2026).

Biomes and new blocks:

Version 26.4 will add sulfur, a new element, and a biome featuring yellow and red stones. These stones will be usefull for building and may be used in crafting decorative items, as Mojang typically does. Lakes with particles that cause a poisoning effect will also appear.

Sulfur Cube:

The sulfur cube is harmless but can absorb any block, inheriting its properties: ice is slippery, wool is light, iron is heavy, wood bounces, and so on. No details are availible yet, but it's clear that it will be used in mechanisms, everyday life, and mini-games.

Mini-games and new monsters:

In mini-games, you'll be able to control a ball (yes, it's physics or something like that): hit it from below-it bounces; in the center-it flies straight; from above-it falls. New variations of monsters and blocks have appeared. Drops havent been revealed yet, but sulfur will most likely be used to craft gunpowder.

Minecraft Bedrock 26.4 update is expected this summer, likely in June. Details will emerge as the developers post periodic announcements.
