In the unmodded Minecraft, mobs have simplified physical properties - you can push them around, but that's it. With the Mob Collision Addon, mobs now behave more like solid blocks you can stand on.
So go ahead - hop from one mob to another like stepping stones, use them to climb up high places, or turn them into moving platforms in mini-games. There are no restrictions! The mobs themselves stay the same otherwise - their behavior and abilities remain unchanged.
