Combining only those changes concerning performance, NoLags is designed to solve the problem of low FPS in Minecraft Bedrock 1.21 through a standard set of tools available in addons. No complex scripts and simplified to 1x1 textures, the addon removes or minimizes visual effects that eat up frames in Minecraft.

As the name suggests, it optimizes MCBE as much as possible without losing any of the obvious visual features. So you will no longer see particles scattering, dense fog and deep weather effects. NoLags generally changes everything that affects FPS to a large extent.
Things that drop FPS a little are left as is. If you think that only fog affects frames in Minecraft PE, then disable only it using the NoFog Pack. It is created specifically to disable fog without affecting anything else.
It's hard to say exactly, but one thing is true - NoLags frees up approximately 5-7 frames on low-ends, regardless of CPU.
