As you beat them you will receive new items that form the basis for new armor and weapons. Overall this is a small expansion of the caves in Minecraft Bedrock Edition along with other compact addons.

The spawn rules classify new entities as cave ones, which means you should look for them underground. Moreover, the chances of meeting one are much higher if you dive underground to a decent depth of more than 60 blocks. Fight them and get new items included in new recipes.
