Binocular addon is a simple and successful solution to add binoculars to MCPE. They work like real ones and really can enlarge a picture, the only thing that binoculars does not have animation, that is, you just use it and see what's far away.
Also, binoculars are implemented in the DesnoGun mod that adds tons of weapons in addition to it, sniper sights, silencers, swords and daggers and much more. Install it if you want to see the possibility of modifications in Minecraft BE.
