In the first place, Ryan published a full list of changes 1.1 version of the best Redstone add-on:
Pistons.
Sticky pistons.
Redstone blocks.
Splash in the main menu.
Tweaks:
Slimes are dropped a slimeball.
Pressure Plates can be placed on fences.
Buttons can be placed on the ground and "ceiling".
Gate can now work using the Redstone.
