Night walks are extremely dangerous, and some creatures can open doors in your home and walk around calmly. Also the Darkened addon adds new sounds that can be heard at the moment of fights or walking.
In general, this modification is a collection of characteristics, due to which Minecraft PE will become more hardcore. For example, ordinary spiders were transformed and now they are much bigger and stronger that poses a danger.
It is rather difficult to list all the updated mobs, as there are a lot of them but they retained their main features.
Villagers can trade as before but with one difference: now there are more items.
